The 2025 ALA Symposium hosts two evening social events to provide further networking opportunities:

Networking Reception

Friday 16 May 2025 | 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Held within the exhibition, this event is the perfect opportunity to reacquaint with colleagues, make new connections, as well as hear about all the latest industry news, products and services from our exhibitors.

This year, the function is included in a full registration (Member | Non-Member | Student).

Symposium Cocktail Function

Saturday 17 May 2025 | approx. 6pm - 9pm (TBC)

The Symposium cocktail function will be held on Saturday 17 May 2025 at Bathers Beach House. Only a five minutes’ walk from the Symposium venue; the Bathers Beach House will offer stunning views as Perth’s only absolute beachfront restaurant and bar. A beautiful location for the Symposium Cocktail Function. The cocktail function will include drinks and small food items, such as canapes and sliders.
